Not to validate. Not to comfort. The job is to ask the questions you have been avoiding and to stay in the room until you have answered them. If you want a coach who agrees with you, hire one. If you want one who is going to make you better, you are in the right place.

I look under the hood.

Numbers, team, leadership, schedule, case acceptance, hiring, the operator's relationship to their own time. Nothing is exempt. The work is not to fix one thing. It is to understand the whole system you are running and where it stops working.

I work on the operator, not just the operation.

The practice is a reflection of the person running it. So we work on both. Strategy, marketing, teams, leadership, organizational behavior. And the leader underneath all of those. Grow the practice. Grow the person. They were always the same project.

The Year.

Three months. Six months. Or a full year. The Year is the canonical engagement. Weekly or biweekly 1:1 coaching with the operator. Strategic, operational, leadership, and personal work. All of it on the table, all of it in the same room.

I am a Master Certified Coach, a Certified High Performance Coach, and a John Maxwell-trained leadership coach. I hold eight-plus certifications across coaching, leadership, neurolinguistics, and human performance.

I do not sell comfort. I do not offer a formula. I bring fifteen years of hard-won clarity into the room and stay there until you have the honest answer you were avoiding.
